Current- Most of my practice is devoted to prosecuting and defending international arbitration and transnational litigation matters for and against companies headquartered outside the U.S.
- I've defended more than 70 international supply chain management disputes on behalf of manufacturers headquartered in Europe, Latina America, and the United States.
- I've defended multiple international product recall disputes on behalf of and adverse to manufacturers located in Europe and the United States.
- I've defended international franchise disputes on behalf of manufacturers located in Europe and North America.
- I am regularly called upon to obtain and resist discovery outside the United States, and have done so on behalf of or adverse to companies headquartered in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States. In one.
- I have been called upon to assert and oppose petitions to obtain deposition testimony and documents in the United States for use in proceedings pending in other countries.
