I was responsible for planning off-site company events, facilitating basic onboarding for new hires, vendor management, office supplies and equipment management, financials, and HR. Ultimately, I wanted to make sure the people at this fast-growing start-up were taken care of. I joined Gather at an exciting time, as the company tripled in size from 2015-2016. Some of my biggest accomplishments in this position included pioneering and developing the office manager position for Gather, planning our biggest company holiday event, facilitating a recent office expansion, designing client gift packages, and a big personal one for me: making everyone coffee snobs.
