Established in 2017, SigmaPAC is a general-purpose political action committee whose mission is to support candidates who support the PAC’s social, civic, business, and political interests. The PAC intends to make contributions and support candidates seeking elected office and support those who are strategically and intentionally focused on solutions to complex public policy problems, including but not limited to: enhanced gun control/gun rights legislation, improving public education, expanding economic development opportunities for Blacks and other people and communities of color (or particularly historically disadvantaged communities), promoting equality for all, promoting healthcare, improved public transportation, and helping to provide hope of an American dream where all people are on a level playing field. Ring the Bell Consulting is a Black-owned political consulting firm founded in New Orleans, Louisiana and based in Washington, D.C. For nearly a decade, Frederick has either worked or volunteered for numerous local, state, and national campaigns and causes. ​His mission is to help candidates turn passion into purpose, ideas into initiative, and campaigns into compelling coalitions. Frederick plans to accomplish this mission by utilizing his years of experience with on-the-ground field organizing, storytelling communications, digital marketing, fundraising, research, and strategic political analysis.

-Developed goals and title for new campaign in collaboration with thought leaders and multiple departments to execute a multifaceted congressional accountability campaign with a profile story in the New York Times and other national outlets at launch. -Led federal advocacy trainings for constituents during Capitol Hill lobby days, communicated with congressional offices to schedule and establish meeting parameters, escorted high-profile principals to congressional offices across the Capitol complex.-Managed relationship engagement with external partners on major projects and communicated opportunities for collaboration; garnered speaking opportunities for elected officials, faith leaders, and community advocates for the campaign across 10 states and 13 congressional districts.-Contributed to the creation of digital content by drafting scripts, producing direct-to-camera videos, traveling for in-district ad shoots, and preparing participating individuals for success in front of the camera.

-Supported collaboration across research, digital, communications, and operations department teams to track and report against progress to goal for major Democracy and Economy programs.-Drafted compelling content for op-eds and email newsletters to impact policy making and inform donors.-Represented the organizational goals to external stakeholders and coalition partners enhancing industry outreach.-Implemented the hiring strategy and daily assignments for three interns who assisted in reaching goals of various campaigns.

- Planned and participated in campaign visits to community institutions across the New Orleans-based “Cancer Alley” district; speaking on behalf of the campaign to bolster awareness of candidate and issues, including but not limited to, climate stances and policy priorities as it relates to environmental management. -Drafted social media content and support and implementation of digital communication strategy to help promote candidate positions online and increase candidate profile.-Developed targeted outreach efforts to key constituent groups through volunteer recruitment, faith outreach and hosting young professional fundraising events.

-Completed 10,000+ recruitment calls and 4,000+ direct voter contact calls over the course of the campaign.-Recruited and trained 50+ active volunteers and super volunteers in the Charleston area through implementation of volunteer recruitment strategies such as email outreach and building relationships with community leaders and partners.-Worked with numerous regional stakeholder groups to build and maintain relationships on behalf of the campaign and maximize outreach strategy of various down ballot races.

-Built and maintained relationships with hundreds of New Orleans residents to maximize overall field operations through canvassing, phone-banking, research and VAN/Vote Builder data analytics.

-Elected board member of this historically Black fraternity; Planned and executed nationwide volunteer and legislative advocacy projects for collegians; raised $20k+ for disaster relief efforts.

-Managed web designed and developed digital content in collaboration with the office staff.

-Conducted constituent correspondence through letters, phone calls and emails; Attended congressional briefings; Drafted policy memos; Communication and press work.

-Worked closely with the Louisiana state senator; retrieved legislation; read over key legislation; attended committee meetings; and witnessed debate between the state’s lawmakers on pivotal issues.

-Facilitated food service and customer care; assisted waiters in serving food and beverages to patrons.

-Wrote semi-weekly opinion columns for the LSU student newspaper, “The Reveille;” Influenced campus-wide discussions around social and political topics.

-Elected as one of the youngest delegates in the nation at just 18 years old to the 2016 Democratic National Convention.
