Executive Team member leading efforts to develop processes and systems for the successful merger of Think Detroit and the Detroit Police Athletic League (PAL). Responsibilities included program administration, program communication, volunteer coordination, registration systems, and data management.- Developed unified registration and reporting systems for the 22 legacy programs of the two non-profits.- Administered the newly launched IMPACT Training that screened, trained, and certified 2300 volunteers- Developed processes for communication to volunteers, parents, schools and community partners- Began data mining efforts including 23,000 participants in 11 sports and 4 enrichment programs
