Frederick L. (Rick) Fine is currently the CEO and founder of Rialto Hospitality Investment Group, LLC -(RHIG) and Hospitality Asset Management and Technology Company Rialto Hospitality Partners, LLC - RHP)Rick was founder, CEO, and Chairman of SmartFolks, a collegiate sports gaming company that developed knowledge based fan games for over 140 colleges and universities. SmartFolks has partnered with CBS Sports, IMG College, and SB Nation among others. Rick is also CEO of Rialto Property Partners, a hospitality development company, and CEO/Managing Partner of Rialto Hospitality Partners. Rick is also the lead investor in Hotel Indigo - Athens, LEED Gold Certified Boutique Hotel franchised by Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG). In addition, Rick serves as the Vice Chairman for the Hotel Indigo board of advisors of the IHG Owners Association for the Americas Rick was a founder and CEO of InfoCure Corporation, an international healthcare software and services firm listed on the Nasdaq National Market. During his tenure, InfoCure completed two public offerings, raised over $200 million in debt and equity financing, and achieved a leading position in its respective market segment while creating over $1 billion in market value for investors, customers and employees.Rick is a 1981 Graduate of The University of Georgia with a B.
