With over 8 years of experience as an Associate Partner at Capjaya, I help companies in automotive, energy and defence domains develop complex systems that improve customer experience and meet business objectives. I have a strong background in structured processes, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches and data-models for tool implementation.I have created and deployed a practical MBSE method that fosters successful user experience across different contexts, such as systems of systems, product lines and unique systems. This method is independent from any modeling language and tool and can be easily adapted to different needs. I have trained and coached more than 500 people, including marketing, system engineers, system architects, system project leaders and IVV leaders, to this approach. I have also supported the deployment of system modelling and requirements tools for several projects. As a certified Provisional Automotive SPICE assessor, I help automotive suppliers fulfil the expectations of the Automotive SPICE model. I have conducted many gap-analysis and acted as co-assessor in several official assessments. I guide teams to find the most effective solutions to comply with the Automotive SPICE processes they have selected. I am also proficient in ISO 15288, INCOSE handbook, ISO 3300x, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and other frameworks that support systems engineering and software development.I am passionate about facilitating workshops, leading virtual and remote teams, and managing intercultural and cross-functional collaboration. I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems and creating innovative solutions that deliver value to customers and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills and share my knowledge with others.
