This is one of the largest and most diverse Career Management Desks at the RAF's AIR Command , RAF High Wycombe. Primary duties include career management; apportionment of personnel to positions throughout the RAF and Joint environment in the UK and operations; and preliminary selection of officers for promotion boards. Additionally Fred was recently selected to take part in BAE Systems Emerging Leaders Program.
