Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered sales results on an EMEA level, while also assuming overall responsibility for profit and loss (P&L). In my most recent role as the General Manager of a publicly listed solutions company, I successfully led the organization to achieve its goals.Over the past two years, I have been part of Soft - Hot Water Solutions, a specialist company in the installation and maintenance of water softeners and heat pump boilers across Belgium and Luxembourg. Here, I have had the opportunity to leverage my expertise and contribute to the growth and success of the company. By applying my knowledge of the industry, I have actively contributed to the installation and maintenance processes, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. The company is a merge of 2 companies with a current install base of over 4000 active customersBefore joining Soft Water Solutions, I co-founded and managed Itelco, where I played a pivotal role in expanding the company's presence across Europe. Additionally, in 2009, we established an operational office in Dubai, enabling us to cater to the Middle East, Africa, India, and Asia markets. Throughout my career, I have built a strong professional network on a global scale, continually strengthening my industry connections.Education-wise, I completed my studies in the United States, where my family has been residing since 1986. Alongside my academic pursuits, I have successfully initiated, grown, and restructured several businesses, including Wax Interactive (SQLI), Itelco Solutions (Pauwels Consulting), IT Dude (Digital Dudes), and Accumen (Orbid). These ventures were eventually sold, showcasing my ability to drive business growth and create valuable enterprises.On a case per case base I still support companies in their recruitment activities.
