Contributed to the development of Dell's first in-house built enterprise-grade SSD from project inception. Responsible for all technical work related to NAND media, including vendor interlocks, characterization, reliability management and error recovery algorithms, manufacturing screening and product qualification. Collaborated closely on next-generation controller definition with third-party vendor. Appointed to lead one of Dell's patent sub-committees.

Contributed to the company’s SSD controller technology from the ground up, including developing the company’s flagship error recovery procedure, spearheading characterization and failure analysis activities for several generations of NAND, leading FTL algorithm research, and collaborating with NAND design, SoC and firmware teams on defining technology roadmap and product planning. Co-authored over 15 patent disclosures, including codecs for constrained codes for HDD and phase change memory controllers.

Contributed to the development of an ultra-wideband chipset based on multi-band OFDM technology for indoor wireless streaming applications. Responsible for maintaining a baseband system simulation platform, generating system-level fixed-point test vectors for matching RTL implementation, conducting real-world measurement campaigns for performance evaluation, researching on algorithmic improvements, and participating in standardization activities.

Conducted research in advanced wireless communication technologies. Topics included opportunistic scheduling, precoding for MIMO broadcast channels, and evaluation of spectral efficiency of OFDMA networks.
