What do Mo Mental Health Coaches do?Mental Health Coaches are certified, complete an intensive program of training in evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and conduct ongoing consultation with a coach and therapists. MHCs generally focus on supporting our members on a wide range of mental health related issues such as stress, anxiety, lifestyle changes, relationships, etc. They work with members in a practical way on day-to-day mental health challenges that affect members’ personal lives and relationships.“For me, early on in my recovery process, I was going to therapy twice a week.
