Ever since my father’s career in the US Air Force moved me and my family to Italy I’ve been fascinated with language, culture, travel, and adventure. I was just a boy at the time, but my curiosity continues to this day. I later developed a passion for business and specifically entrepreneurship. I’m one of the lucky ones - successfully combining the things I love into a thriving business.Today, I’m fortunate to lead Keylingo - a Language Services Provider (LSP) based in Atlanta, GA that I founded in my basement in 2004. Our people and our work touch every corner of the globe. The services we provide - translation, localization, and interpretation to name a few - enable companies to grow and succeed in the global marketplace. We’ve developed expertise in manufacturing, e-learning, software, websites, intellectual property, marketing, healthcare, education, media, and government.Most importantly, Keylingo is a family. A diverse, global team of experts that I am privileged to call my colleagues. We are dispersed across continents, but interact closely every day. Co-FounderCapiche, Llc (Acquired By Stratus Video) Mar 2013 - Jun 2014Conceived the idea for an innovative mobile video interpreting platform and assembled a team of technology experts and investors to make the company a reality. Wrote the go-to-market strategy and helped develop front end look and feel. Worked closely with co-founders on feature set, pricing, and technology options. Launched the company at trade conferences, on-boarded users, and presented the product on countless occasions. Identified targets for sale and helped develop key relationships that ultimately led to successful exit.

CeoGlobal Vineyard Importers 2006 - 2007Recruited through professional relationships developed during prior expat experience to help grow this up and coming wine import business. Worked closely with family ownership to restructure the company and develop its long term strategy. Traveled extensively to wine regions of both Chile and Argentina. Developed relationships with wine makers and a detailed understanding of wine production process. Negotiated import contracts. Learned the US three tier distribution system, met regularly with distributors across the US and established agreements to market wines locally. Worked with existing personnel to streamline operations and position associates for future success.
