MGE specializes in ownership, management, consulting, and development services within the casino and hospitality market including ownership and operations of Mohegan Sun, a large casino resort in CT.Opened the 1st casino in Pennsylvania in 2006, then led IT vision and execution efforts for all subsequent expansions. Drove disruption and innovation resulting in cutting edge solutions such as a first-to-market guest kiosk and hotel technology solutions, mobile drink ordering system, omnichannel marketing experiences, and a global digital loyalty system.I was then promoted from the PA property to transform, realign, and revitalize the 20+ year old Mohegan Sun IT organization and spearhead a digital-first culture change across operations. Ultimately being promoted to a new Global CIO role, I led technology efforts that helped Mohegan grow from 3 properties to 9 in a 3-year period. As part of that growth, I created a global IT shared services organization that could service the entire property portfolio, as well as led a digital transformation across the enterprise to consolidate, modernize, and streamline the technology portfolio.

Penn Software was a niche business and technology consulting company providing services around application development, infrastructure, outsourced services, cyber security, AS400/iSeries, and custom ERP solutions. Our clients spanned a wide range of markets: insurance, manufacturing, accounting, retail, healthcare, and education. I was promoted to Manager to help define, manage, and lead the strategies and teams necessary to make the new company a success.• Helped to quadruple the client portfolio and grow revenues by 300%• Spearheaded creation of the Insurance Solutions division which provided outsourced support and development for the insurance client portfolio resulting in more than $5M in additional revenue• Led corporate consolidation efforts for a Fortune 100 gas & energy company, including buildout of a corporate headquarters and centralization of all IT services across 20+ global properties
