Effort led to increased customer satisfaction, error elimination, and prevention of duplicate submissions.• Designed, managed, and participated in the construction of the migration processes of twenty years of Extended Warranty information to Tavant Warranty Management System, cleansed 20 years of a proprietary legacy system data, wrote extraction procedures, and migrated data.
