Mr. Schroeder is responsible for program operations, customer relationships, business development and proposals for commercial clients and Federal Civilian agencies.

As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Schroeder was responsible for all aspects of program execution and customer relations within InterImage. This included Federal and Defense customers including FAA, FBI, FTC, PBGC and Army. His responsibilities included Capture and proposal development for Alliant Small Business, 8(a) STARS II GWAC Task Orders, and key contract re-competes.

As Vice President of Programs, he was responsible for all aspects of program execution and customer relations. This included Cybersecurity and IT security support services for commercial and government clients including the VA, FAA, NIST, Treasury, GSA and NIH.

Vice President of Business Operations and Ethics Officer for the ISD, which has over $700M in annual revenue and over 2,200 employees. Primary responsibilities include finance and accounting, contracts, facilities operations, proposal development including pricing, IT operations, ethics training, and ethics investigations. Other duties include Mergers and Acquisitions, Process Improvements, CMMI assessments, and planning for Business Continuity (COOP) and mitigation of Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).

Over this period, I built customer relationships and captured new business resulting in BearingPoint growing from 6 to over 200 fulltime consultants on the Nextel account. I also gained an enterprise-wide understanding of Nextel’s diversified financial and operational objectives, their management structure, and process for affecting business driven changes.
