I am a proficient and hardworking QA Manager, at heart. I’m extremely knowledgeable with over 18 years industry experience and offer a fully rounded skill set in QA that ranges from standalone PC applications, web browser applications, client-server (mobile/PC/IoT) through to hardware/firmware. My passion for wanting to know where the limitations of a product are, is a crucial mindset that directly relates to increased product confidence and enhanced customer support. I’m always looking where optimizations can be made, to increase throughput and maximize the efficiency of my team(s). I achieve this by always being approachable, open to suggestions, remaining diplomatic, tactful and always attempting to have fun in the process.I’m looking for a challenging, fast-paced position within the software industry where I can utilise and expand on my current QA skill set, whilst developing my managerial skill set further.
