When serving as the Principal-in-Charge, I retain the responsibility for the supervision, direction, coordination and review of the activities and operations of professionals and subprofessional staff to ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures; and to provide highly responsive services to our client partners, from the chartering of projects through construction, operations and management of water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure.Mentors: Guy Carpenter; Mark V.
