Security Manager
Current- Create, update, and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. (ISO 27001 and ENS)- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities within the organization and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.- Conduct training programs to educate employees on security best practices and create a security-aware culture within the organization.- Develop and implement an incident response plan to address security incidents promptly and effectively.- Conduct regular security audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. ( ISO 27001 and ENS)- Investigate security incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.- Work closely with IT teams, legal, human resources, and other departments to ensure a holistic approach to security.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation, including policies, procedures, and incident reports.
