Doing things with passion. Spent a few years on the civil engineering school until found the love for management. On the school, begin to integrate a racing team called Ampera Racing, where I was admitted as an operations analyst. The team was right in the middle of a makeover process, the way of managing was changing, the workflows being rebuild and there was an excellent opportunity for innovation. Right away I've seized the opportunity and, alongside my colleges, created the management area. As the new area was being consolidated, we developed a series of processes to improve the perfomance of the participants individually and of the team as a whole. In this context, I found myself a management lover, dealing with people and improving the processes day to day really touched my heart and made me decide to switch from civil engineering to business and management. The goal of my life is to make the people's lives better at work. I intend to do so by being a human manager, understanding and talking to people, giving everything I have to make performance and happiness walking side by side wherever I go. Currently creating wooden and concrete objetcs, being creative, inovating.
