Used Microsoft Word to create a written description with pie charts for each state's maps, making them accessible to visually impaired audiences and 508 compliant. ⦁ Noticed how new analysts were inconsistent in completing common ArcGIS procedures. Performed these procedures in ArcGIS while documenting them in Microsoft Word. Consolidated documentation into 20 standardized training manuals for new analysts, whose work improved significantly. ⦁ Reviewed the checklist employed by testers to identify bugs in ArcGIS. Determined the checklist was missing functions from the latest ArcGIS software. Used Microsoft Word to produce a new checklist including these functions, which enabled testers to perform their work 30 percent faster.
