Current• Review, screen, schedule interviews, and create offers for qualified technical and MBA candidates• Ensure demand requirements from hiring managers are validated and fulfilled• Provide weekly reports and presentations on hiring, training, and deployment progress• Create and adhere to budget allocation and timely invoice payments and reimbursements• Participate in in-person and virtual college career fairs• Deliver account growth by coordinating with various stakeholders and deploying team members• Coordinate in-person and virtual onboarding and technical trainings for our campus hire program• Plan customer itineraries, schedule conference rooms, and prepare presentations• Led several community engagement activities: First Book Donations, Hunger Free America Phone Banking, Carpenter Middle School Robotics Program
