Lead Russell’s Global Performance Analysis and Reporting Capabilities enhancement program for the EMEA region; project led to organisational improvements of process, method and infrastructure resulting in an achieved cost reduction of 30% and an increase of 10% in client satisfaction. Led the development and the implementation of a new reporting database for Russell’s mutual funds and clients reports improving market data acquisition from more than 30 different sources, to automate data upload and to enhance data controls processes; this enabled Russell to cut down quarterly reports production time by more than 50% increasing production (solution initially developed for the EMEA region globally rolled-out and is still being used today). Responsible for the implementation of a new Funds Factsheets and ETFs reporting platform using outsourced vendor’s publishing capabilities and offshored (Indian) production resources resulting in 25% resource cost reduction. Implementation of a Global performance calculation platform (Confluence) for all Russell Mutual Funds resulting in a highly scalable operational model which currently supports 40+ inbound data sources, 25+ index and market data sources, 600 regularly scheduled reports, 2800+ funds / classes and 400+ composites benchmarks. Established Performance Analysis and Risk practice for Russell EMEA from a green field. Recruited, trained and mentored a team of 6 Performance Analysts and developed a set of excel based applications to support Russell business development and to create client’s and partner’s portfolios performance analysis capabilities.
