- Responsable de la clientèle GSS/GSB, centres auto, fournitures industrielles et web market sur la zone Royaume-Uni, Irlande, Islande, Espagne, Portugal, Maroc, Australie, Canada, (60 clients - Garant de 35% du CA export).- Participe activement à l’analyse des marchés, à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des plans d’actions commerciales.- Anime, consolide et développe le portefeuille-client existant.- Prospection et négociation de nouveaux marchés et de nouveaux projets afin de développer le chiffre d’affaires.- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Bureau d'Etudes pour améliorer l'offre et élargir la gamme

• Management of the complete sales cycle from Market Research to Credit Collection.• Portfolio development and acquisition of new customers and distributors.• Organization of trade fairs and visits to international clients and distributors.• Achieving and exceeding sales objectives (+20%)

• Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of the Group and to the Director of Asia.• Managing administration and finance team (aprox. 8 persons). Supervision and motivation of the team.• Control and monitoring of the daily administrative and financial management of the company.• Follow-up, monitoring and supervision of accounting. Preparation of monthly financial reports.• Annual Budget preparation and cost control. Monitoring and analysis of the deviations.• Treasury management: Cash-Flow forecast, receivables follow-up, periodic reporting.• Management of taxation and legal affairs.• Supervision and coordination of relations with external professionals: Lawyers, Tax advisers, Auditors, Authorities as well as of daily issues with official institutions, banks, suppliers, clients.• Taking part in the analysis of the company’s transactions regarding new business opportunities and projects for the growth of the company, either in India or in whatever country may be of interest. • Human Resources management: Recruitment, training and team development. Creation of internal processes and procedures, monitoring and supervision ensuring compliance of corporate standards.• Other tasks related to the job.

• Administration and Finance manager of the subsidiary Sanjose Maroc.• Participated in the pre-qualification and tender process for overseas projects (Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Morocco, Panama, Turkey), coordinated and organized the administrative and financial documentation (Insurance, bid bonds, power of attorney, financial data ...)• Coordinated the department: Invoices, cost control, elaborated reports for the director• Gave support to foreign subsidiaries• Participated in the establishment of the branch in Abu Dhabi
