Asset Manager, I propose and implement the best possible scenarios for holding, selling, acquiring and leasing the real estate portfolio entrusted to me.I carry out the real estate operations of development, transfer, acquisition and lease at the best market values and deliver the profitability expected by the investors.I started the real estate adventure at BNP Paribas as a Key Account Manager, dealing with the day to day issues of properties, improving / maintaining the value of the property through efficient management and supporting the owners in their portfolio management.After 4 exciting years, BNP Paribas Real Estate gave me the opportunity to evolve, becoming a Consultant and then a Senior Consultant in the Global Corporate Services department.My role: to advise international clients as well as national companies on their real estate strategies and transactions. This includes transaction management (lease/ownership, self-sale, self-lease, Built-to-Suit solutions, ROI, etc...) as well as consulting and corporate strategy assignments (quantitative and qualitative analysis). My experience in property management is relevant in this respect and has enabled me to make a difference.I work with national and international investors and developers, including some of my former clients, in property acquisitions and/or disposals. More specifically, I provide commercial, financial, legal and tax advice throughout the investment and/or divestment process and also in the major stages of the merger/acquisition of the companies holding the properties.
