I've participated in the creation of the SPE (Special Purpose Entity) named SPSL S.A., for the construction of a water production system (Phase I - 2014-2018), and the civil & electromechanical maintenance and operation of its sludge treatment system (Phase II - from 2018 onwards), in a Public-Private Partnership with Sabesp.I've managed Concession (PPP) and Construction (EPC) contracts.Key achievements: 100% of contract milestones achieved.
