Responsible for enabling the delivery of seamless solutions through cross-squad integration within a global service team. Service Integration Leaders (SILs) will act as a focal between the account leadership (i.e. DPE, SPM) and the Delivery Service Managers leading the delivery squads to ensure an integrated solution is delivered to the client. Maintain a working level understanding of the scope of each service area, the offerings and capabilities, and squad compositions and how the teams come together to deliver integrated services. SIL must also have an understanding of how the global service they support is delivered alongside other IBM services and a strong knowledge of the service integration framework that governs service delivery. Work across the squads delivering to an account/client to identify opportunities to provide improved services in a cost efficient manner including driving continual squad evolution to improve integration and reduce handoffs. Promote and implement IBM standards and best practice as the foundation of integrated services for the client.

SDM will act as point of contact between the customer and the delivery teams. Main activities are control and maintain workload management of technical team responsible for service delivery, incident, change and problem management, process and procedure management, request of service management, contract service level agreement management (SLA/SLO) and crises management.

Work with Application Development teams to develop, implement, and control high quality batch applications for internal and external clients. Second-level support of operations in batch processing. - Develop and/or produce clients' scripts accordingly. Recovery activities in production and disaster tests support. Ensure quality assurance and security compliance of all production batch environments. Solving of application problems to achieve the default service level agreements and support of clients in critical situations.Responsible for the job scheduling in different tools: Control-M, TWS, CA7, OPC, ZEKE and JOBTRAC tools.Performs requests and changes: demand jobs, configure jobs to have a specific schedule, fix/update current schedules and code promotion.Creation of system processes of automation for customer assistance, generation of metrics and programs to help scheduling support.Problem investigation to find the root cause to improve processes of the environment.
