Frederico Magalhães is the founder of SISQUAL, a software company known as the best Workforce Management solution across the company’s locations.Born in Zimbabwe, schooled in Mozambique, Portugal and England, he founded together with his two former PhD students, his first start-up in the United Kingdom in 1989, Integral Vision. After he sold it, he returned to his roots, both Portuguese and African, and bought Textáfrica, a textile industry in Mozambique and, in Portugal, he founded SISQUAL. The company started focusing on industrial production management, But Frederico, with the eye on automation and process improvement, realised that the market needed to better manage workers' shifts, with more productivity and a better quality of life, and then in 2002 he launched the first version of what we now call WFM. Today, he is one of the most important technology company’s CEO in Portugal. He dedicates his life to his family, work, friends and spreads inspiration throughout many charity organizations in Africa, Middle East and Europe.
