Working in marketing for 18 years I improved myself in Strategic Planning, Product Planning, Business Management, Sales, Career Management and Sales Representation. In 2002, at the age of 17, still living in my home-town Belo Horizonte (MG), I created ABSOLUTE CONSULTORIA whose objective was to increase skate market in State (Minas Gerais) through promoting sport events, such as championships, demos and product launches. The recognition of that work generated a professional invitation to move to Rio Grande do Sul, where from 2007 to 2012 I worked for two larges companies in the footwear market: FREEDAY (as MARKETING COORDINATOR) and CONVERSE ALL STAR (as BRAND MANAGER). On those companies I developed many skills such as leadership and management, product development and segmentation, trademarketing and English for business. In 2011 I was invited to created a Strategic Marketing Plan to introduce a North-American clothing company called OFFICIAL CROWN OF LAUREL. In 2012 I decided to realize the dream of living in the USA and learn the language more effectively. After 7 months, I received an invitation from a friend to return to Brazil and become a partner in RYSA GROUP, a company specialized in the manufacture of sporting goods for skateboarding. As SALES / MARKETING MANAGER, I further developed my skills in client portfolio management and KEY ACCOUNTS, sales reps management and Market place. In 2014, I received another invitation from MAGIC BRANDS, to carry out a Strategic Marketing Plan to help transform one of its surf brands into one of the largest clothing brands in the skate market in Brazil. In 2015 I decided that I would like more challenges, and develop skills as a salesperson. That's why I decided to disconnect from RYSA GROUP and set up my Sales Rep company, .DOT REPRESENTACAO COMERCIAL. After representing approximately 10 companies, in 2018 I decided to work exclusively as CASIO's BRASIL watches sales rep, with whom I work since 2016. At CASIO I am responsible for sales at the Specialized Distribution (watch stores, jewelry stores and optics stores) and Sports Distribution (Surf / Skate Shops, Sports and Fashion Stores) throughout all Rio Grande do Sul State, in South-Side Brazil, which further expanded my knowledge of segmented markets. The challenges have been many so far, and the achievements have been even greater! Today I believe that my professional career will still reveal many pleasant surprises, and it is the new challenges that motivate me to grow.
