Master Thesis Title: AI Director Framework for Serious Games.I developed my master thesis project on serious games for training procedures. The main idea was to create a framework based on AI to empower instructors to easily create new scenarios using the current assets of the game and at the same time allowing trainees to select any role composing the scenario without requiring any additional development effort for each different perspective. Three different areas had big influence on the design of this framework: interactive storytelling, agent society and workflow management system. I also implemented a simple prototype of the framework using 2APL, a reactive planner, integrated to Quest3D engine.

I was responsible for the Personal Installment Loan product on cards. My main task was to assure the portfolio profit with a controlled delinquency level and, in parallel search for possible opportunities and verify their viability. The process of searching for opportunities required the use of machine learning techniques as classification tree, logistic regression, Market Basket Analyses, neural networks, genetic algorithms and others. The monitoring of the portfolio clusters’ indicators was made through home-built OLAP reports developed by me for an accurate follow-up.

During the period that I was in the company, I developed and improved my technical, managerial and social abilities at every project which I worked on. In my last project I managed six consultants and I was responsible for the analyses, design and development of the entire insurance broker on-line system. A great analytical thinking, task planning, resource management, flexibility for decision making on demand, people management skills, quick and self learning, pro-activity to solve problems and a good communication with the business user was highly demanded from me due to the project complexity, whose developer team was composed by twenty two consultants during the development phase.
