PTIniciei a minha viagem académica pela Comunicação, passei para a Psicologia e termino nos Recursos Humanos, e vendo bem, se calhar era esse mesmo o percurso a fazer para obter as capacidades certas para me tornar num bom profissional de RH (ou assim gosto de pensar).Nos últimos 6 anos, estive ligado ao Departamento de Gestão de Pessoas do Grupo Sousa onde exerci funções na área da Formação, Higiene e Segurança no Trabalho (mais direcionado para Medicina do Trabalho) e principalmente em Recrutamento e Seleção. Apraz-me dizer que foram 6 anos de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento, onde me foi permitido crescer como pessoa e profissional. Procuro, agora, um novo poiso para continuar o meu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional.Não sou avesso à mecanização de funções, mas adoro poder sair da box e pensar diferente, fazer diferente, criar novo. Também não sou um “yes-man”, sou opinativo mas tento sê-lo sempre de uma forma construtiva e não apenas para ouvir a minha voz ou ser do contra, e sei sempre seguir diretrizes.Com o meu percurso e esta pequena “Introdução ao Frederico”, creio que se percebe que o contacto com pessoas é algo que me atrai, por isso, estejam à vontade para deixar um “Olá” e partilhar histórias, experiências e conhecimentos!EnglishI started my academic journey in Communication, moved on to Psychology, and ended up in Human Resources. In hindsight, maybe that was the right path to gain the necessary skills to become a good HR professional (or at least that’s what I like to think).For the last 6 years, I’ve been working in the People Management Department at Grupo Sousa, where I held roles in Training, Occupational Health and Safety (more focused on Occupational Medicine), and primarily in Recruitment and Selection. I’m pleased to say that these were 6 years of learning and growth, where I was allowed to develop both personally and professionally. I am now looking for a new opportunity to continue my personal and professional development.I’m not opposed to the mechanization of tasks, but I love stepping outside the box and thinking differently, doing things differently, creating new things.I’m also not a “yes-man.” I’m opinionated but always try to express it constructively, not just to hear my own voice or be contrarian, and I always know how to follow directions.With my journey and this brief “Introduction to Frederico”, I believe it’s clear that connecting with people is something that attracts me, so feel free to drop a “Hello” and share stories, experiences, and knowledge! ;)
