Management of pricing in the billing system.Analysis, testing, implementation and monitoring of mobile tariffs for Proximus.

With my colleagues, we support the business by defining the new requirement based on the business needs into the commissioning system in order to follow and anticipate the market evolutions.We also perform several updates on our system in order to ensure that the systems remains supported by the external provider and in line with the best market practice.All these implementations follow the internal company process which is derived from the Project Management Body of Knowledge.

Implement the new requirements into the incentive system for the Belgacom Group.

Implement and maintain the new commissionable system for the Belgacom Group.Within the scope of this function my colleagues and I implemented one integration database who is used to retrieve information from several input system such files, Sybase and Oracle database.We use this information to build and maintain one history in order to ensure data quality and generate events that are send toward Callidus. To do so we use the ETL Informatica PowerCenter 7.1.3.

Maintain and implement new requirements to the customer facing Call Checkup application, providing near real-time billing estimations and sending SMS notification once the user predefined threshold has been reached.Within the scope of this function I had to - Provide to our customer estimate regarding the implementation of new functionalities - Provide production fixes quickly. Typically within the day the where issue was found. - Implement the new functionality according to the requirements and within the estimate provided. - Produce data migrations scripts for a huge database who has to be completed within one short period of time imposed by the high availability of our system. - Execute performance tests and analyses to see if the production system can accepts new functionalities proposed by the the business and still provide to our customer the expected response time.This system was composed of several technologies such as J2EE front-end with WAP and IVR access , the backend was in pro*C/C++ and shell scripts.Including some API toward Kenan Arbor database.Maintain and implement new requirements to the FRAUD application, providing solution to detect the possible fraud as soon as possible.Within the scope of this function I had to - Provide to our customer estimate regarding the implementation of new functionality - Provide production fixes quickly and support the production operation in case of needs - Implement the new functionality according to the requirements and within the estimate provided. This system was composed of several technologies. Indeed the front-end was done using J2EE, Struts and hibernate the backend was in COBOL and C with interaction against Sybase and Oracle databases.The communication between the both front-end and the backend was assured by using Tibco Rendezvous.Implement the new commissionable system for the Belgacom Group.
