• Selecting an AML transaction filtering tool for a large European banking group, including the requirements analysis for the several countries involved, the drafting of the related “Request for proposal”, and the.
• Carrying out tests management for an investment fund administration system, including the preparation and running of test cases, gap and developments follow-up;
• Supporting the project management of a large fund administration outsourcing project, including the co-ordination and follow-up of the testing processes;
• Assisting in the analysis of the impacts of the UCITS 3 regulation for a Luxembourg-based company providing fund management and administration services;
• Analysing and conducting a feasibility study of the insourcing of the fund administration activities for a Luxembourg UCITS;

• On selected assignments, I was in charge of:

• Conducting a market study related to the services and solutions provided by financial information providers in Luxembourg.

• Managing the team in charge of the daily valuation of securities held by the investment funds administrated by Dexia Fund Services;
• Supporting the Sales and Client Relationship teams with regards to pricing issues;
• Developing and implementing new pricing methodologies and procedures upon clients requests and needs;
• Improving IT tools for the bank security master file, including descriptive data, corporate events and valuation of securities;
• Reviewing DFS operational organisation and implementation of new working procedures, in conjunction with external strategy advisors.
