Linear Regression and KNN. - Customer Support to users : anytime a user was calling, service support agent did not have enough visibility on who he/she was, a heavy user, a new user, from a small company or a big one, from a good paying customer etc. We've built a 360 view from pulling data sales crm, accounting system navision, BI reporting of usage, provisionning tool etc. - Conference Call participants Activation : we had corporate customers that were giving the conferencing service tool to internal users, which were inviting people to participate to their conference call. We had lots of information about participants (phone number, email), some of them were downloading the conferencing app. With all the necessary consent, we were targeting key users though notification push or sms push, when they had an appropriate behavior that could lead to sales lead generation.
