The Multicompany Management Traineeship is a 26 months development program that focuses on personal development and leadership skills. During the program, I undertake projects in different departments of various leading companies. Meanwhile, I follow an intensive training program to further develop my leadership skills. During my entire traineeship I am accompanied, trained and coached by professionals: I have over 20 days of training and my very own Talent Development Manager.

Uni-Cycle is a bike rental service focused on erasmus students. This entrepreneurial startup is based in Antwerp and aims to provide incoming erasmus students with an affordable means of transport during their studies abroad. Along with 2 partners, I handled the operational management of this developing startup.

SINC is a student organisation which is focused on entrepreneurship. The abbreviation stands for Students for Innovation and Coöperation. The organisation supports young entrepreneurs in developing their business. Besides support for beginning starters, SINC organises events, workshops, hackatons, etc. to stimulate young talents with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Wikings-NSK is the Applied Economics Faculty Association at the University of Antwerp. As a culture manager it was my task to organise cultural events and represent the faculty association in the culture council of the University of Antwerp. Within a team of 15 active board members of the faculty association several responsibilities are shared for every event.
