I have 20 years of experience working as a software developer. I graduated as a Computer Science Expert in Germany in 2004.My biggest interest is building applications and services which work together as a unit. The user should never get the feeling leaving a specific platform/environment. Everything should be available everywhere at any time in the same quality, look & feel.Responsibility and reliability are very important for me. That's why I prefer to work agile, test driven and use CI/CD, automated tests, code reviews, and mob-programming sessions from the first day of a project.I have neither a problem writing multi-threaded code nor working on multiple projects at the same time. I think very fast and can switch between topics easily. I'm a good team player but I like to work self-responsible too. I like the collaboration in a team to find the optimal solution for a problem.Evolving my own skills, technically and personally, is very important to me. Evaluating new technologies and new ideas, is nice, but I started thinking in 2018 to make a bigger change in my life. Finally I moved to Sweden in March 2020 and I'm very happy here. It's a new country, new mentality, new language, and in some parts a new culture to me. I happily accept changes and challenges. I don't like team, division, or company internal competitions.
