As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Mesopo I was responsible for managing the company's day-to-day operations, for practical goal-setting and establishing strategies and objectives. In addition, I also negotiated contracts and closed deals.As Data Compliance Officer I directed and oversaw all data protection activities within Mesopo. After completing my studies I joined the startup Graduateland, quickly embedding myself in all aspects of the company’s development, both strategic and operational. I established standard contracting practices and then executed all business contracts and SLAs with university partners, suppliers and staff. I managed all legal aspects of the company's strategic expansion into Sweden, as well as conceiving and helping create a new service portal, Jurajobs.dk; and bringing it to market by securing an initial client base that included three of the largest Danish law firms, prior to launch. I also carried out all Office Management functions, from invoicing, debt collection and bookkeeping, to procurement and event management. Graduateland is Europe's largest network of university career portals. Gradauteland delivers talent to 10.000+ B2B customers all over Europe, including international companies like Google, J.P. Morgan, Facebook, CocaCola and Dropbox.

I worked as a volunteer at Copenhagen Legal Aid throughout my graduate studies, meeting and counseling clients with legal queries once a week, handling a caseload of multiple clients requiring a variety of services from writing appeals to the rent control board as well as for visa/asylum briefs. Working at the legal aid gave me a unique opportunity to train face-to-face client contact, and taught me how to grasp and handle complex legal cases under the pressures of short turnaround time limits. While working at the Legal Aid, I was one of the subjects of a DR documentary series profiling the good work being done by volunteer legal aids.
