I have a strong leadership profile through my career as an army officer and later as an airline captain on the Boeing 787. I lead my team of colleagues by motivation and dialogue. I can manage a tough time-schedule with high demands to quality and security in the operation. My style as a leader is to have clear goals and show the way, by being in the front as a good example to my colleagues. I serve as a motivator to strive for high quality and good performance in my team. My experience includes being recruitment officer, hiring pilots for for the B737 and B787 fleets within the entire Norwegian Group.Flying qualifications:- ATPL(A), FI(IR)- Current Types Ratings: B777/787- Lapsed ratings: B737, SFI B737
I worked as a volunteer for the local scout group, here I served as a leader for the scout leaders in the entire group (about 25 leaders and 200 members in total). I took part in organizing the overall structure of the group and took active part in further education of our team of scout leaders. I also took lead in organizing our hardware and developing our facilities to a higher level.

People around me describe me as open, social, committed and happy. In my spare time I like to sail, spend time with friends, not least those who live abroad.
