As Application & Process Specialist I worked with development of applications and systems for the business. I lead a large transformation project for identifying processes eligible for automation and setting the strategy for digitalization of a customer service department. In addition to this, I analyzed current business processes and found solutions for how to improve these - often times by an automated solution such as RPA or EDI. In short I worked within the following areas:- Management- RPA (Robotic Process Automation)- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)- SCI (Supply Chain Integration)- Process Optimization- CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action)Results:- I lead the company’s first RPA implementation project for automated order handling with great success. The project decreased manual handling time significantly as well as manual errors. It also paved the way for expanding the use of RPA solutions, which was later integrated more into the business.- Sucessful integration and expansion of the use of EDI.

In my position as Business Supporter I had a diverse area of responsibilities. However, most of my work was project related, where I often worked as a project manager. A part from that I conducted analysis for process optimization purposes. As product manager I had the responsibility to manage the product portfolio for DFDS’ Baltic routes. In addition, I had responsibilities within price and capacity management as part of a revenue management function. Furthermore, I did competitor, customer and price analysis.
