Nordic M&A is a dedicated advisory firm focussed on the Nordic small- and midcap market. My responsibilities were varied but concentrated on: * Valuation * Production and presentation of IM's and related material * Process management* Research

My tasks were focussed on analysis of LBO credits issued across Northern Europe. Particularly:Business case assessment Cashflow scenario analysis Documentation (based primarily on LMA standards)Participation in orgination and underwriting initiatives in DenmarkThe team worked as one unit out of Reykjavik, London and Copenhagen.
