Responsible for the operating success of the physician practices providing guidance and leadership and ensuring the implementation of operating policies, procedures and principles within the centre. Plans, organizes and directs all functions of the clinic services. Maintains quality control program to assess and improve delivery and quality of patient care. Monitors and evaluates patient satisfaction. Facilitates medical supply ordering, assesses staffing requirements, operational planning, space utilization and long range needs. Participates in recruitment, selection, orientation, training and ongoing support of physician and staff. Assists in the training of staff and oversees appropriate staff counseling.Assures centre maintains standard of care which meets professional standards as well as clinic, regulatory agency and accreditation requirements.
