It consisted of 4 weeks of intensive full-time training course and then 12 weeks of paid internship/ or job placement.During the first four weeks, participants became familiar with the labour market and explored opportunities depending on their personal plan and goals.Through workshops promoting Resume and Cover Letter creation, job search on various platforms, understanding of their own skills, and interview simulations (face-to-face and by phone), participants built strong profiles and their knowledge about local organizations, and also their self-confidence, and their ability to join the workforce. -
