An example of this could be to develop and analyze the requirements for implementing Test Driven Development in an IT-Development company.About the course:In the course, students learn (1) how information systems are vital for modern businesses, (2) which processes and methods to develop the systems in a dynamic, ever-changing context, and (3) be able to identify the appropriate approach for implementing systems into the given social and cultural context.Information and the ability to process information are vital to exploit business resources, optimize production, and reach customers and other stakeholders. Many new business models are enabled by new forms of information processing, and all businesses need to continuously update their information systems (IS) to optimize their business performance. This process crosses the border of business and IT, and interdisciplinary skills are needed, which is the aim of the course.

During the first rotation of the graduate program, I led a digitalization project that enabled a service site to execute inspections faster, more effective and significantly cheaper in just 3 months. To deliver a viable solution I was GWO certified as observation sessions offshore is necessary when practising design thinking and understanding requirements.In the second rotation, I reduced a department’s response times as well as updating work processes and digital tools to reflect a re-organization of the department. The digital tools I implemented made knowledge sharing and collaboration easier for the employees to adapt to the new structure.

This job have given me a lot of insight in the operation and day to day activities that are necessary to have in place in a organisation with rapid growth. my role was to set up and manage all activities relating to IT equipment and inventory management of all technology necessary when hiring new employees. You have to know a great deal about the technical specifications of the computers and OS, so it is not enough to just know how to sell and know how to use a cash register. The reason is that to provide the best possible service, you have to know how the systems work. Both when you have to demo the products but especially when there is technical problems with a customers computer or iPhone/iPad.I am educated in two operating systems from Apple, to deal with the technical problems and difficulties any customer might have.I graduated the examination on this education with an A, both for my paper on sales optimising and for my oral presentation of a given problem.
