I have been fascinated with the beverage industry ever since before I was allowed to enter a bar and working with the portfolio of William Grant & Sons at Prizelius was my first commercial opportunity within the industry. Since I left my role as Brand Manager in 2018 I have been part of a small team of three who have built a start-up distillery in Norway focusing on crafted Gin, Aquavit and Vodka. I have further developed my industry insight, from product development to realisation of business plans. I have also significantly broadened my network and media exposure with frequent coverage in national media.
