- Definition & implementation of company strategy with CEO, COO, CPO & CTO / part of the executive management team- Led the expansion team (real estate, launch)-> responsible for the real estate team (3FTE, acquisition, architecture, interior design, construction, team newly created in 2023)->responsible for the set up of the launch team (3FTE, 14 launches of studio spaces in 2023, team newly created in 2023)-> Set up the BEAT81 expansion playbook & defined real estate standards and processes- Led the German Operations -> responsible for the operational steering of all cities (30+ studios, 30+ city team employees, 500+ freelance coaches and front desk employees)-Led the operational excellence team-> developed and implemented companywide SOP's (e.g. global location feedback ticketing system, mass recruiting & digital onboarding process for Front of House employees, centralisation of supply & demand matching function)-> responsible for the offline product (customer & coach experience in the studios, intersection with tech product, etc.)

- Drove city development in Cologne, Amsterdam and Munich after launching the cities from scratch (5 direct reports, total team of 90+ people)- Developed and scaled BEAT81's indoor cycling vertical (10+ studios in Berlin, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Munich)- Developed scalable processes in different area's of BEAT81's operations (mass recruiting, supply and demand matching, offline experience, real estate, etc.)
