Within these projects I delivered solutions in the field of Financial Management, Resource Management and Knowledge Management and I managed 2 operational colleagues in India.Activities in the field of Resource Management and Knowledge Management include maintaining and optimizing the Staffing Plan, maintaining and preparing Knowledge Cards, making various reports and correctly handling the time registration with the associated planning. For the financial part I was responsible for creating the financial reporting and invoices.
