Together with its community, Plates functions as a journal exploring innovative food culture, organizing events, and curating unique culinary experiences. It is targeted at those who have an interest in food as a whole, whether its aesthetics, taste or simply the story behind.It consists of short format articles, including interviews with front runners in the food scene. In addition, we publish recipes developed and written by chefs and profiles within the Industry.The issues of the online journal will be released quarterly and culminate in a special print edition annually.
