I believe, that we have to change our approach to information security and cyber defense - as technology and digital culture is changing around us. We cannot continue to use the same textbook approach that we designed 15 years ago, however, this is still the norm in far too many public and private companies.We still try to control what we are unable to control and fail to be agile and responsive in our approach.I constantly explore what we learn from different parts of science, such as behavioral psychology, risk science, communication and organizational change – in order to implement agile information security with greater effect.I only connect to people that I have had personal contact with.
