The primary objective is to drive business value (BV) and optimize net revenue by creating and introducing new products, planning high-converting website campaigns, and enhancing the user experience (UX). In this role, I set the strategic direction, defining the approach for each trade channel team to effectively engage the market.Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Development:• Shape and manage product strategy, setting clear Partner team priorities.• Lead the launch of new products, covering pricing, briefing and content selection.• Innovate with test-and-learn strategies for new product concepts.Portfolio Management:• Oversee online portfolio performance, focusing on gap analysis, sales, and quality (redemption & churn).• Keep an eye on competitors with thorough monitoring and analysis.Promotional & Commercial Planning:• Create, validate and analyze promotional campaigns.• Sync up channel promotions across affiliates, CRM, on-site, and display.Merchandising:• Categorize and launch new products.• Boost product rankings and selections for promotions (newsletters, homepage, etc.).• Keep site navigation (megamenu) updated and optimized.Website Improvement:• Test and roll out new features and integrations.• Stay ahead with competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.• Continuously improve to deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Responsibilities• Responsible for BTC online merchandising of all Logitech, Blue microphones, Ultimate Ears and Jaybird products across major resellers on the Scandinavian marked.• Develop and implement strategic converting brand and-landing page.• Executing and securing NPI across reseller.• Business development through Best practice sharing with international colleagues and markets.• Securing Innovative behaviour and actions for implementation of Augmented reality, QR codes and 360 degree view on PDPs.• Reporting on KPIs, customer relationships, content creation planning, NPIs and content compliance scoring.• Front face product specialist in local video creation for chosen SKUs on local PDPs.• Implementing Awards, batches and sticker on PDPs.
