Quality Assurance Lead
CurrentKey ResponsibilitiesThe aim of the Quality Assurance Lead is to find scalable solutions to enhance the platform and operational quality across the teams in the department.Account quality assurance- Utilize any additionally needed scripts/solutions to enhance quality- Facilitate adoption of correct structures, naming conventions, and toolsOperational excellence- Support onboarding of new clients- Suggest new processes, insights or tools to improve performance- Align account setup with client’s strategyInnovation, testing and learning- Coordinate continuous testing- Conclude and share learnings across teams
