For the first six months, my job involved collecting grocery items, packaging delivery orders and handing them over to the shipping team. Our performance was measured and displayed on a monitor in a “red/yellow/green/gold” format. I was rarely less than “green” on the monitor. I got transferred to the shipping team where my job was to receive the finished.

My main priority in the job was setting the tables, servicing and cleaning the tables for the students living there as well as for conference guests and parties. Unfortunately, I was let go after a short while, as I lacked the maturity to capably handle the responsibilities in the job. Looking back now, from a position of more experience and perspective.
