About Frederik Vallaeys
Grasshopper Academy its aim is to give young graduates a kickstart in IT business. We actively sustain and coach these ambitious dreamers to achieve what they really dream of. We achieve this by organising a bootcamp, presentations, workshops about soft and hard skills.I joined Cronos in 2001, and in 2005 I switched to iAdvise which became inkubis later on(member of the Cronos group) . I have been developing a large scale of development tools: Oracle Portal, Oracle SOA Suite, Struts, Spring, ADF, Rest, SOAP, PL/SQL, Struts, Spring, microservices, Talend… I am also active as application manager, analyst, product owner, for several internal and external developed products/projects. Next to this technical part I have always been involved with the knowledge sharing within the company and with the Academic world. That’s why we started with Grasshoppers Academy for which I am both mentor and responsible. Finally, we love to work with people who fit in with our style: learning, creative, dreamers who are respectful, and who love hard work and lots of fun.
